Emergency Services Committee

THAT Committee/Council move into Closed Session pursuant to Section 239 (2)(e) of the Municipal Act being, "litigation or potential litigation" pertaining to the matter of County of Hastings ats Robichaud.

THAT Committee move out of Closed Session.

THAT the Minutes of the May 8th, 2013 meeting and the Closed Session minutes of the same date be approved.

THAT the Year to Date Expenditure Reports dated to June 30th, 2013 and Cheque Register Summary Reports dated June, July and August 2013 be approved.

THAT information correspondence item a) be received.

THAT the Joint Emergency Services Committee ratifies the actions of staff in submitting an application for 100% funding by the Federal Government of a Research and Development project of system-wide community paramedicine program.

THAT the Hastings/Quinte Emergency Services Committee recommends to County Council the renewal of the agreement between Hastings County and Prince Edward County for the provision of ambulance services for the period of January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2015.

THAT the Hastings/Quinte Emergency Services Committee receive the statistical report.

THAT the verbal update on the Deployment Plan Changes be received.

THAT the CEMC verbal update be received.

THAT the meeting of August 14th, 2013 be adjourned.
