To direct staff to develop a comprehensive implementation plan for disposal of the single dwelling units and building 60 residential units by September 1, 2014; and, To write a letter to both the Provincial and Federal governments advising that if funding was made available to expand current housing stock inventory that the County of Hastings has an identified need for more units.
