THAT the Minutes of the December 17th, 2013 meeting be approved.

THAT the Housing Sub-Committee recommend to the Joint Social Services Committee that they approve staff moving forward with Option 3 as detailed in the attached report, in principle; and, THAT staff begin work on the next steps detailed in the attached report and bring back a financial plan for Committees consideration.
