THAT the Minutes of the August 14th, 2013 meeting be approved.

THAT information received through the delegation be received.

THAT the Year to Date Expenditure Reports dated to June 30th, 2013 and Cheque Register Summary Reports for Hastings/Quinte Long Term Care and Centennial Manor and Hastings Manor TRUST dated June, July and August 2013 be approved.

THAT Information Correspondence items a) through m) be received unless otherwise dealt with.

THAT the Long-Term Care Committee approve the 3-year agreement renewal with Dr. Greg Cooper as Attending Physician for Centennial Manor.

THAT the Long-Term Care Committee approve the 3-year agreement renewal with Dr. Denis Doren as Attending Physician for Centennial Manor.

THAT the information be received and filed.

THAT the Hastings/Quinte Long-Term Care Committee ratifies the purchase of three (3) table runners for the Residents Council at a total cost of $264.02 to be paid from the Hairdressing Account.

THAT the Hastings/Quinte Long-Term Care Committee approve the amended Hastings/Quinte Long-Term Care Services Administration Policy and Procedure Manual.

THAT the Director's Reports dated May, June and July for Hastings Manor and Hastings Centennial Manor be received.

THAT the meeting of August 14th, 2013 be adjourned.
