Long-Term Care Committee

THAT the Minutes of the October 9th, 2013 meeting be approved.

THAT the Year to Date Expenditure Report dated to September 30, 2013 and Cheque Register Summary Report for Hastings/Quinte Long Term Care and Centennial Manor and Hastings Manor TRUST dated November 2013 be approved.

THAT Information Correspondence items a) and c) be received unless otherwise dealt with.

THAT the Hastings/Quinte Long Term Care Committee ratifies the actions of the Director of Long Term Care in making applications for funding with the New Horizons for Seniors Program. Centennial Manor has applied for $12,464.17 to develop the new fitness centre. Hastings Manor has applied for $100,000 to build the new pavillion.

THAT the Hastings/Quinte Long Term Care Committee approve and recommend to County Council that Remedy's Rx Specialty Pharmacy be the service provider for Pharmacy Services for Centennial Manor and Hastings Manor commencing January 1, 2014 until March 30, 2017 with the renewal option of two (2) one (1) year term extension periods.

THAT the Budget for the 2013 capital project for the Centennial Manor building automation system be revised; AND THAT the RFP process for the project be carried out by our Durham Energy Specialist in conjunction with Morden Engineering.

THAT the Director's Report dated October 2013 for Hastings Manor and Hastings Centennial Manor be received.

THAT the meeting of November 13th, 2013 be adjourned.
