THAT Councillor Bonnie Adams be nominated as Chair of the Hastings/Quinte Long Term Care Committee for 2014.

THAT nominations be closed and Councillor Bonnie Adams be appointed as Chair for 2014.

THAT the Minutes of the November 13th, 2013 meeting be approved.

THAT the Year to Date Expenditure Report dated to October 31st, 2013 and Cheque Register Summary Report for Hastings/Quinte Long Term Care and Centennial Manor and Hastings Manor TRUST dated December 2013 be approved.

THAT Information Correspondence item a) be received unless otherwise dealt with.

THAT the Hastings/Quinte Long Term Care Committee ratifies the use of the Hairdresser funds in the amount of $2,160 to pay for registration fees for 9 participants to attend a one day workshop on Workplace Investigation Training by Hicks Morley.

THAT the Hastings/Quinte Long Term Care Committee approves the extension of the Dental Services agreement with Multigen Healthcare Corporation for a three (3) year period.

THAT the Hastings/Quinte Long Term Care Committee approves the extension of the physiotherapy services agreement with Achieva Health until August 31, 2014.

THAT the Director's Report dated November 2013 for Hastings Manor and Hastings Centennial Manor be received.

THAT the meeting of December 11th, 2013 be adjourned.
